Our Resilience Made Simple blended programme is designed to improve the resilience of your people by mixing private reflection and development via easy tips and methods, whilst connecting with others to share best practice in how to make these ideas stick for real.
The standard programme include six 90-minute active sessions structured in line with our online guide to personal resilience, Being Resilient. 22 bite-sized packs of specific content are included covering the theory, tools and stories of resilience. Each pack takes around 15 minutes to complete. The Resilience Made Simple core sessions are as follows:

Session 3 – Top Barriers to Resilience
Session 4 – Top Enablers Part 1 – Being Present & Energy
Session 5 – Top Enablers Part2 – Learning & Purpose

Being Resilient, our online guide contains specific tips, tools and stories in all of these areas. An optional extra is for a further two 90 minute sessions focussing on Stress and Wellbeing. Note, all sessions are facilitated by a Resilience Engine Accredited Practitioner.
