Energy – Mapping Your Energy
On the following graph, plot your overall Energy across time. The period of time to plot against will depend on the outcome and questions you are asking for yourself: If you are mapping your Energy against the Think-Eat-Move questionnaire, then please consider your Energy on a DAILY basis across the same 5-7 days. If you are seeking to understand how your Resilience has been across a longer period and using Energy as a proxy, choose the period most significant for you. It may be the last 3-6 months, or it could be the last year, or indeed the last 18 months to 2 years.
