- If you are mapping your Energy against the Think-Eat-Move questionnaire, then please consider your Energy on a DAILY basis across the same 5-7 days.
- If you are seeking to understand how your Resilience has been across a longer period and using Energy as a proxy, choose the period most significant for you. It may be the last 3-6 months, or it could be the last year, or indeed the last 18 months to 2 years.
