Mark Conway has worked primarily in the IT and Telecoms markets for over 20 years and has held senior product development and marketing roles for both O2 and KCOM, launching dozens of new products into the market as well as managing large and diverse teams.

Mark is passionate about leadership and people development and has been a prolific blogger on these topics for a number of years.

He brings a breadth and depth of knowledge to the senior management team, not only in the development and marketing of new products and services, but also a strong commercial acumen, the ability to deliver and a great understanding of the marketplace.

Mark has two children, loves the outdoors and is a keen amateur wildlife and landscape photographer.
